Manta is happy to announce their newest and youngest team rider Taylor Brockman. The 17year old from the South Coast of NSW has been turning heads of late and more than a few industry folk have taken notice.
Manta’s team manager Reon Fisher had this to say. “Ryan Mattick (Zion Wetsuits) put me onto him. Mattick has been filming for his new Zion film Fever Dream The Musical and has been shooting a whole heap with Brockman. I checked out the footage and was spinning out the guy was only 17. I’ve wanted to sponsor a grom for a while now and I’m stoked to get Taylor on the team.”

South African mag Sixty40 Issue 10 – Over the Horizon – Is available now.
Here is the link to the video teaser for that issue:
http://www.sixty40.co.za/video-115-sixty40-mag-10-teaser—over-the-horizon
Here a short excerpt from the mag:
Underground Saffa charger, Beyers van der Merwe, bags the cover of sixty40 issue 10 with a hell drop at South Africa’s latest gem, The Devils Horn.
A closely guarded secret, The Devils Horn, has been making waves in the bodyboarding community worldwide since its discovery became public and judging by the cover is it any wonder?
“Devils Horn is the epitome of heavy waves in South Africa. The Horn gurgles, steps and mutates. You never know what you’re gonna get. It’s beautiful yet scary to behold”, commented Beyers on the cover.
Inside issue 10 readers can catch up with Ozzie hell men Glen Thurston, Chris James and Adam Leuhman as they pull in for a piece of the action. Current SA Pro and DK Champ, Sacha Specker, took the boys on a whirlwind tour of South Africa’s coast, including a trip to the fabled Devils Horn where they scored solid bombs on the day the cover shot was taken.
From cover to cover Issue 10 is jam packed with interesting interviews, travel features, festival reviews, industry news and the all important dose of “eye candy” in the gallery section, which includes the best shots of the past few months.
