Another late DVD Review. DRAW by Panic Button is one hell of a good DVD with the biggest waves ever seen in a boogie video. Absolutely massive pits, both paddle and tow in action. Crazy shit ! Read more and click below…
One of the rare USA production in 2007, HAPPY DAYS by Juan Farfan (Chula Vista Production) pleased us with its nice and clean style and the diversity of footage and moods that could be found in this movie. Read the full review to see why.
Another long-awaited DVD review: ROAM. Filmed par Bryce THURSTON (The Road) and edited by Todd Barnes (VIDEO, NF DECADE…), it’d be hard not to digg this DVD. Read the rest of the review to know why.

If you look closely you’ll see a face profile on the cover of FACES and when you’ll check at the back of the DVD you’ll read:
« Through years of patient waiting games, fun times & recreation a species of vigorous teenagers have grown to manifest their potential in the bodyboarding arena. Travelling in Hawaii and throughout Australia, these juveniles have formed an immense brigade. We like to call them… FACES »
This is one of the rare californian video out in 2007 and it would’ve been a shame for us not to review it coz it’s fresh, it’s got awesome footage and it’s got what most videos dont have: heaps of different spots, heaps of different riders and a taste of what travelling around the world is. AUSTRALIAN MADE // David Child
The concept of this DVD is pretty cool: there are so many aussie DVDs nowadays but very few are 100% aussie focused and cover the whole oz coastline and riders. That DVD does this very well, the quality of the image is good, the filming is good too, there’s a lot of riders featured in it, including famous ones and rookies. The music matches the editing well and the overall feeling is that this video is clean and good. No very special or original but very cool. The DVD menu with the map of Oz is cool to.
This is a good vid for all Oz riders, and people wanting to travel to oz. So much potential!

VISIONS 2.5 // DVmedia
This is the second “Visions” video. It’s called “Visions 2.5″ because “Visions 2″ was kinda called back from the shops for “legal” reasons… So this is “Visions 2″ but cleaned from any problematic footage and with a “0.5″ part which is more than a simple bonus, it’s almost a second little video after the video. Very cool.
“Visions 2.5″ is very good, i liked it better than “Visions 1″ , the footage is good, and there’s fucken great riders in it, starting with Spencer Skipper’s part, Jono’s part, Hardy’s and Novy’s parts. Those sections are great and it’s worth seeing the video just for them. There’s a cool helmet cam section too. The music is good and fits the video style well. The quality of the footage is good and even if some parts of the editing are still not 100% pro this video will motivate you like no other before you go surf. You gotta watch it. It’s not super “arty”, it’s more about great riders, style and skills in the water. You’ll get amped, i promess.
